All products are designed & packed by yours truly! 

Below shipping times are TRANSIT times and do NOT include local processing times. Packages may be delayed depending on your local customs clearance as well as any postal delays in your country. 

Please allow around 1 week of extra time in waiting for air allotment (to accommodate for insufficient air traffic) - aka waiting in the post office for a "spot" on a plane / courier to get to the destination country

As of Sept 2025:

🇺🇸 All US orders are now shipped out through our USA warehouse. As all packages are shipped out locally there will NOT be any additional customs or tariff fees :) 

Due to our warehouse policy, if an order is returned to sender due to it being unclaimed, incorrect address and any other reason, you may opt for one of the following:

  • Reship the order (Customer is responsible for reshipment fees)
  • Refund the order: A refund minus a $20 restocking fee charged by the warehouse and the original shipping fees

Please ensure you check your mailbox regularly. Signature is required for certain destinations/shipping methods, and if you are not in at the time of delivery, you will be notified by your local post office to pick up your mail or reschedule a delivery (depending on the services your post office provides). Please ensure to do so ASAP, as post offices only hold mail for 2-3 weeks before marking it as unclaimed and returning it to the sender. 

For International returned orders (except USA - please read above), Customer may choose to have the order reshipped (Customer is responsible for reshipment fees), or may choose to have the order refunded minus original shipping costs & a 10% restocking fee.

 

 

General Questions & Order Inquiries

🇺🇸US Orders:

USPS GroundAdvantage: More affordable but slightly slower shipping method, between 4-5 Business Days

USPS Priority Mail: Faster shipping method for those who want their packages quickly between 2-3 Business Days

🌍 Rest Of The World:

Untracked Shipping: This is the cheapest shipping method. No tracking information, no insurance nor refunds for any lost packages. If mail theft is uncommon in your area, this is the most affordable shipping option.

Registered Air Mail (Partial Tracking): This shipping method only offers limited tracking points. For some countries such as USA and Canada, our partner courier only provide limited tracking information. which means tracking may not update after leaving Hong Kong

International Express (Full Tracking): This shipping method is relatively fast (7-10 business days) and offers point to point tracking points.

Speedpost: This is the fastest shipping method (usually 2-3 working days) with full tracking information

🇺🇸US Orders:

Please contact your local USPS with the tracking number as they would have the most updated and accurate information on your package.

🌍 Rest Of The World:

If your tracking number shows the package as "Handed To Carrier/Left For Destination" with no update for more than 3 weeks, please email us and we will help you file an investigation to put a location on the package

We're so sorry about that. If an item from your order arrived damaged, or if you received the wrong item, we will be happy to sort it out for you.

Please email or submit in the contact form - your order number, photo of the item & description of the issue.

🇺🇸US Orders:

As long as our warehouse has not processed or shipped out your first order yet, we can help you combine the packages.

If the first order has already been processed, we can still help you combine the orders and refund shipping, but a US$7 fee (charged by our warehouse) will be charged.

If the first order has already been shipped out we're not able to combine orders.

🌍 Rest Of The World:

Please include a checkout note with your previous order number for us to combine your orders, or email us at upon placing your order with both order numbers in order to facilitate speedy processing.

Try to do this ASAP as we will not be able to combine orders after they've been shipped out.

If your cart includes a pre-order item, your other items will be held until pre-order items arrive and will be shipped together. If you would like the other items faster, please purchase them separately. 

An estimated shipping time will be listed in the pre-order product listing.

🇺🇸 For US Orders:

Due to our warehouse policy, if an order is returned to sender due to it being unclaimed, incorrect address and any other reason, you may opt for one of the following:

  • Refund the order: A refund minus a $20 restocking fee charged by the warehouse and the original shipping fees

Customer may choose to have the order reshipped (Customer is responsible for reshipment fees), or may choose to have the order refunded minus original shipping costs & the 10% restocking fee.

If your order qualified for free shipping, the shipping costs will be deducted from your order total before a refund is issued.

🇺🇸US Orders:

Please contact your local USPS with the tracking number as they would have the most updated and accurate information on your package.

Unfortunately we cannot issue refunds or be held responsible once the package has been handed over to the post office (as much as we want to hand-deliver our art toy ou!) - Thank you so much for your understanding

🌍 Rest Of The World:

[ UNTRACKED SHIPPING] Unfortunately no refunds will be given because of shipping times as per our shop policies. It is the buyer's responsibility to read and understand the circumstances before purchasing. 

[ TRACKED SHIPPING ] If you purchased tracking, please track your package through Hong Kong Post with the tracking number provided. If there are any problems with your tracking, please contact your local post office - unfortunately we are not responsible for packages once they are handed over to the destination post office, as we have no control over them. 

If you purchased tracking and insurance, we can help you file a claim. You must contact us within 16 weeks from date of shipment with your tracking number in order to facilitate a refund / reshipment. We are unable to facilitate any refunds after this period of time. 

Please wait up till 12 weeks before considering a package as lost.

🇺🇸US Orders:

If a package has been marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact your local USPS post office and ask them to provide you with the GPS coordinates on where they dropped the package of.

Sometimes there are cases where couriers will prematurely mark packages as delivered before actually delivering it, so reaching out to your local post office would provide you with the most information.

Please note that once your package has been handed over to the post office, what happens during transit is out of our control

You should always contact your local post office to help you locate your package.

Here are some tips:

1. Sometimes signatures are required for international delivery. But if you're not in, or if you miss the bell/knock, the postal worker may leave a slip for you to reschedule delivery or go to your nearest post office to pick it up. Please note that if you didn't reschedule the delivery nor pick it up within a 2-3 week time frame, it will be marked as unclaimed and returned to us. We will then process it as a returned item.

2. Your local post office may be able to pull up records on where the parcel was placed, who signed for it, and certain couriers are also able to pinpoint a GPS location of delivery.

3. Make sure it wasn't left with your neighbours by accident

4. Please double check with people who live with you to see if they collected it on your behalf

🇺🇸US Orders:

For packages that are stuck "In Transit", please contact USPS to see if they are able to give you the most updated location of your package.

Depending on USPS's investigation, we will determine the appropriate course of action

🌍 Rest Of The World:

This only applies if you selected tracked shipping at checkout.

We will help you file an investigation with our post office. This process takes between 1-3 weeks. If the investigation results deem the package as lost, we will be able to file an insurance claim for the loss, and then process a full refund for you.

NOTE: All insurance claims may only be filed up to 4 months from the shipping date. Any requests or claims made after this cannot be facilitated.

Other questions

Most pins are limited runs (roughly 70% of our inventory as limited) and will not be restocked with the exception of some of our bestsellers

There may be a few reasons why your discount code is not working

  • Another discount code has already been applied (and these two codes cannot be used at the same time)
  • You did not meet the minimum spending requirements
  • The discount code has expired

We don't usually take commissions, but we may be able to accommodate simple art commissions.

Sure - but please ensure you meet these conditions:

- Purchase a product with that specific artwork (e.g. a pin or sticker) - it helps support us!

- Ensure your tattoo artist does not redistribute the artwork

- Ensure you & your tattoo artist to credit me for the designs if posting on social media 

All EU & UK customers who purchase directly through www.poroful.com should be aware that import duties, taxes & charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. 

Any charges incurred are the customer's responsibility, and must be remitted to the customs office in order for the package to be claimed.
