To our EU customers: IMPORTANT UPDATE AS OF JULY 1ST 2026

The EU has a new rule where a flat customs duty of EUR 3 per item category on low-value postal packages valued at or below EUR 150 sent from non-EU regions.

A parcel containing three different types of item would incur a total charge of €9, while a parcel containing multiple pins or multiple stickers would be charged €3.

Examples: 

Order with 3 pins + 2 stickers = €6 (2 item types) 
Order with 3 pins = €3 (1 item type)
Order with 1 pin = €3 (1 item type) 

As compensation we will try to include as many freebie stickers as equivalent to the duty amount 

POROFUL will not be collecting or remitting VAT, meaning this VAT will be collected by your country when the package reaches customs.

To our UK customers: As of July 1 2021, all outgoing orders will be subject to VAT and/or a service fee, no matter the value.

All International customers are responsible for any custom fees incurred. Poroful does not collect or remit VAT on behalf of the customer.

All EU & UK customers who purchase directly through www.poroful.com should be aware that import duties, taxes & charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. 

Any charges incurred are the customer's responsibility, and must be remitted to the customs office in order for the package to be claimed.

 Depending on where you are, processing times as well as additional processing fees may apply once the package arrives to your customs facility. Fees are determined by destination countries, please check with your country's customs office to determine what your additional costs will be prior to placing a purchase. 

Please note that these recent changes to VAT may affect your package's processing time in customs. For all EU & UK customers, please anticipate an additional 1-2 weeks for your package to be held in your customs facility (in addition to our shop's shipping & transit times) 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. In the case where packages are unclaimed, the order may be returned to us, we can either:

a) Repay the original shipping costs & reship your package out again, or;

b) Refund your order minus a 10% restocking fee + the original shipping costs

Please be sure to claim any packages as soon as possible and pay the relevant fees & duties in order to prevent this from happening.
